My retainer, Vampirediary, in the first ward in uldah is usually selling leather gear. He is usually stocked with the following items (of course I can't guarentee he will have them when you look because he may have sold out, but I do restock):
Hunting Hat (Beige): 8.5k
Sheepskin Vambraces: 11k
Usually has some other gear too, but I almost always have those two items.
